Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order on our website and via the order confirmation page. Please allow up to 3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Changing Your Delivery Address
If you need to update your shipping address, email us as soon as possible. Changes can only be made before your order is dispatched (usually within 1-2 business days).
Out of Stock Items
In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we’ll refund the affected product(s) while shipping the rest of your order promptly.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
- Lost in Transit: If your parcel doesn’t arrive, we’ll replace or refund it immediately.
- Damaged Parcels: If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us. If you weren’t present, reach out to us so we can make it right.
Duties & Taxes
